H.H. Hungate Building

The H.H. Hungate Building is located on E Main St. The brick building was built by Harrison H. and Mary Duncan Hungate along with their home at 202 N. Second Avenue in 1904 and designed by a significant local architect, Henry Osterman.

 

H.H. Hungate has a long history of hotel accommodations starting with the Walla Walla Hotel run by proprietor Thomas Corn in 1905. It is currently the home of The Hungate Hotel and Shiki Sushi.

Main St. Retail Space

The Hungate Building offers prime Main street frontage in downtown historic Walla Walla. Retail spaces range in size from about 2,300 to 6,000 square feet with streatery space on Main.
